Bala returns for the second term

The governor of Bauchi state, Bala Abdulkadir Kauran Bauchi of the PDP party, won again in the state governorship election held on Saturday.
The official for collecting the results of the state governorship election, Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed said Bala Kaura won with 525,280 votes.
He defeated his main rival, Air Marshal Abubakar Sadique Baba of the APC who got 432,272 votes.
Bauchi state is one of the states where the competition for governorships in Nigeria is hot.
