Gov. Buni Attends APC Rally in Borno, Canvass Votes for Tinubu, Zulum, Says Mammoth Crowd

Yesterday, Governor Mai Mala Buni CON attended the All Progressives Congress APC campaign rally in Borno State to mobilise support for Senator Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and Prof. Baba Gana Umara Zulum and the party ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The rally, which was held at the Sport stadium in Maiduguri, had the Chairman of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, APC flag bearer Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, Governors, former Governors, Ministers, Members of National and State Assembly, party stalwarts and thousands of supporters.
Speaking at the Saturday’s campaign rally, Governor Buni said Shettima is “ours”. The thunderous crowd repeatedly followed Shettima is “ours” adding “he would uphold the trust our people repose in him in the Tinubu presidency.
He urged the citizens to safeguard their PVC and come out to vote massively like they did in the rally for Tinubu/Shettima, Governor Zulum and all the APC Candidates on the election day.
Governor Buni noted that Borno and Yobe States are inseparable and home for tC bears all the devastating brunt of the deadly Boko Haram insurgency.
He described the mammoth crowd at the APC rally as a clear indicate time of the return of peace and normalcy after years of destruction by the Boko Haram insurgents, noting that Tinubu would build on that and make Borno and Yobe better.
