The Executive Governor of Borno State, His Excellency Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, is set to present the 2025 budget to the Borno State House of Assembly on Monday, December 9, 2024. This important announcement was made by Prof. Usman Tar, the Honourable Commissioner for the Ministry of Information and Internal Security, Borno State.
