Mai Kanuribe of Lagos Congratulates Sanwoolu re-election victory

Sequel to the 2023 Governorship and House of Assembly elections held nationwide on Saturday, 18th March, 2023 Alhaji Mai Mele Abatcha- the_Mai_ Kanuribe of Lagos State has sent out congratulatory message to Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu of Lagos State.
In a letter personally signed and addressed to the Executive Governor, the Mai Kanuribe underscore some leadership attributes such as commitments to social contract between the Lagosians and His Excellency; the unflinching trust of the people in the Excellency’ s competencies and capabilities for visionary leadership; and unpretentious charm and disposition to identify with the plights of the grassroots among others are the attributes that endeared him to the Lagosians and worked for his victory at the poll.
To the Governor of Lagos State, Mai Kanuribe thanked Almighty Allah specially for making him triumph over the antics of the oppositions; the treacherously mischiefs of ‘alien forces as well as the irritating grandstanding and shenanigans of some uniformed emergency groups.
Ambassador Mai Mele, once again on behalf of Kanuri Council of Chiefs and Chieftaincy Affairs, the entire Borno indigenes as well as Northeasterners residents in Lagos expressed his joy and delight at the winning the second term in office as he observed that the opportunities would allow him to consolidate on the progressive policies and programmes started during the first tenure.
He finally, prayed for Governor Sanwo-Olu fortuitous second term in office will usher in positively impacted improved welfare and prosperity for greater and cleaner Lagos just as Nigerians at large look up to President -Elect Asiwaju’s tenure to be.
