The United Nations Children’s Fund, UNICEF, said the number of pregnant women and girls facing malnutrition has increased by 25 percent in poor countries such as Somalia, Ethiopia and Afghanistan. .
UNICEF estimates that more than one billion women and girls around the world suffer from malnutrition.
The fund stated that the problems that have occurred in the world two years ago, including wars and the Corona epidemic, have aggravated the involvement of women in poverty.
UNICEF has asked the world to put the issue of providing enough food in the world at the beginning of all their cases and to help the food production programs that have failed to carry out their work properly.
