NNPC–Renaissance JV Scholarship 2025 Now Open for Nigerian Undergraduates

The Renaissance African Energy Company, operator of the NNPC/Renaissance/TotalEnergies/AENR Joint Venture (Renaissance JV), has officially opened applications for the 2025 NNPC–Renaissance JV University Scholarship Scheme.
This scholarship is designed to empower academically talented Nigerian students by providing full financial support throughout their undergraduate education. The initiative promotes academic excellence while supporting skill development among Nigeria’s youth.
Who Can Apply?
The scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students across Nigerian universities, and falls under two categories:
National Merit Award – Open to all qualified Nigerian students
Areas of Operation Merit Award – Exclusively for indigenes of Renaissance’s operational states: Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, and Rivers
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
Be Nigerian citizens
Be enrolled full-time in a recognized Nigerian university
Be in their 200 Level as of the 2023/2024 academic session
Not be receiving any other scholarship from oil and gas entities
Provide clear, scanned documents including admission letters, ID cards, passport photos, JAMB results, and transcripts

- Upload required personal, academic, and identification documents
- Submit and await confirmation
Applicants from operational areas must also upload signed and stamped letters of identification from both the community’s paramount ruler and CDC/CEC chairperson.
Shortlisted candidates will receive email and SMS invites for a proctored computer-based test. Only successful candidates at each stage will be contacted.
