Ongoing National Division One League Handball League in Benin

The National Division One Handball League, is ongoing in Benin City, Edo State, Southern Nigeria.
The Handball League commenced at the weekend and will end on July 29, 2023.
Fourteen day after the phase 1 of Ardova Handball Premier League, Edo State is sponsoring the National Division One League, with teams to earn promotion to the top division.
Secretary General of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN), Mr. Almu Umar Lambu, said the participants, are jostling for points in the competition.
The top two teams in the men and women’s categories would be promoted to the 2024 Ardova Handball Premier League.
