RATTAWU Lagos VON Chapter Marks 2023 Workers Day With A Big Bang

The effervescent Voice of Nigeria Chapter Chairman of RATTAWU – Comrade Zanna Ibrahim Mustapha, and his executives have groomed their members to fully participate and excel in all bouquet of activities lined up by the State Council to mark the celebration of this year’s International Workers’ Day commemoration coming up May 1.
Consequent on this, RATTAWU Voice of Nigeria Lagos Chapter is poised not to be left out of this year’s celebrations at Onikan Stadium.
According to the template of activities released by the State Council, competition in various games like Ludo, Chess, Ayo, Table Tennis, etc., will hold for Comrades to showcase their skills and dexterity and above all, to catch fun.
At earlier programme – 2nd Grand Media Summit In Commemoration of World Radio Day 2023 – organized by Mustapha-led Chapter exco, a top-rated eye specialist- Indo Eye Care Foundation was engaged to provided free eye test and donation of about 150 free Eye glasses after a thorough screening.
This singular gesture was described by the management and staff of Voice of Nigeria Broadcasting House Ikoyi Lagos as first of its kind in the history of Voice of Nigeria.
The programme which held at Voice of Nigeria Broadcasting House Ikoyi Lagos, equally witnessed gathering of media experts, Captains of Industries, technocrats, traditional rulers and Business tycoons sharing their experiences in a celebratory mood.
The deserving Nigerians who carve a niche for themselves were also recognized specially and awarded plaques of honour.
The agile and committed leadership of Mustapha achieve this stride within 9 months of his administration as a Chairman. His zeal for excellence, good governance, knowledge sharing, productivity and development has no limitations as the idea of the maiden Media Summit in 2016 was his initiative and graciously supported by Comrade Popoola and Shitta Sulaimon.
